Chuck, your post on Oxbows reminded me of my time in Alaska, at a time when I didn't know much about gold or recovery. Where I was on the East Fork, there were a lot of old Oxbows, but I never even thought about dredging in them for gold. It was only after the fact, like now, that I remember back to then and wish I had known at the time. :roll:
